Project Management: We manage the various phases of the project acting as an extension of the Owners’ organization. Depending upon the project requirements, we establish the procedure for the appointment of an Architect/Engineer to produce the design and a Main Contractor to carry out the construction.

VALUATION: Our Founder is an immovable property valuer ( land and
buildings ), excluding agricultural land. A Life Member of the Professional Valuer
Association, he is an Empanelled Valuer, Engineer, and Surveyor of the Kolkata High
Court since 2005. Additionally, he is an Empanelled Valuer for Punjab National Bank
and other banks.

He is a chartered Engineer, Approved Valuer FIIV, Valuer Calcutta High Court, Valuer Punjab National Bank. Empanelled Inspection Engineer for Technical Audit of TUVNORD GROUP. He has delivered many iconic projects that are remarkable in design and execution finesse.

CIVIL ENGINEER

B.Tech Civil Engineer with 28 years of vast experience. Highly Skilled Professional in Construction Industry And Operating with Pre Engineered Building as well as R.C.C domain. Also a 1stClass Licentiate Building Surveyor (LBS) of Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

ARCHITECT

Bringing over 20 years of experience in the core designing of architecture and interiors, our architect excels in site coordination, project management, and project deliveries across various scales and typologies. Their strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail ensure that each design is both spectacular and functional

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

With over 17 years of industry experience, our electrical engineer brings valuable insights to projects spanning townships, commercial buildings, public structures, residential spaces, interiors.

INTERIOR DESIGN

With 14 years of practice, our interior design professionals has contributed to projects in institutes, offices, studios, exhibition stalls, and residences. With experience in architectural visual designing, she has been part of many renowned projects, having worked as a freelancer in both Mumbai and Kolkata.
